1. Put prices on what you feel is reasonable to you.

2. Depends on what you prefer. I go by the "half now half later" way. Either they pay in beforehand or afterwards when they get their commission. It's up to them to tell you if they want you to send it to their mail or whatever. But if they want a print of it, it'd be reasonable that they pay for the print separately.

3. I think you can have money on paypal without having your card added. But I'd suggest you having your card on there so you can get the money in your hand.

I sent eddsworld $0.1 once B) Although, I've never got any donations or ever got to make any commissions so I'm not really too familiar with this stuff. I just know how works somewhat. I'd advice you to listen to others aswell and not just take my word for it.

From me personally? It is kinda hard, as I've only been commissioned by some of my friends. Only one online has commissioned me. But damn do I appreciate any business I can get. I think most of it depends on your ' popularity'. I've seen more unpopular people see elaborate things fir just 10 bucks. More popular people can get like 70$ out of the same type of work.
You know snapesnogger sold icons on FA for like 20$, while most people sell for 5-10$. And the thing is people actually bought them.

As far as the hi res stuff goes I think you're gonna have to ask Facerot, she seems to know about that stuff with her latest things. D:
